About Us
The first permanent lineup of the Miyasis quintet was established at the beginning of 2022. Piotr Jabłoński (vocals), Artur Kamiński (guitar), Kacper Jabłoński (guitar), Maciej Gładziński (bass), and Grzegorz Osiak (drums) formed a band in which every member is deeply involved in the songwriting process. This collaboration culminated in the release of their debut album, “Chaos Collusion,” on April 25, 2023. The album’s title is intentional, referring both to the lyrical themes and the eclectic musical nature of the record.
The band draws inspiration from modern metal acts such as Monuments and Erra, deathcore and death metal giants like Thy Art Is Murder and Decapitated, as well as classic bands including Pantera and Lamb of God. The result is Miyasis’ distinctive style, combining aggressive riffs and growled vocals with atmospheric and melodic moments.
The central theme of “Chaos Collusion” is a rather pessimistic reflection on the reality surrounding us. Tracks such as “viscidweb” and “Silence of the Lambs” explore humanity’s place within modern political systems. Although the imagery is bleak, both songs end with a strong message about individual agency. Other songs (“Stream,” “12 Lines,” and “Scam”) address information overload and the overuse of social media, while “Human?” asks where the boundaries of humanity lie in an era of rapid technological progress and the pursuit of enhancing body and mind.
Following the album’s release, the band actively promoted it through appearances on local radio stations, including Radio Kampus, and performances at clubs across Poland. On December 1, 2023, Miyasis released their first official music video for “Human?” and later shared the stage with Popiór.
The year 2024 brought even more live performances. Highlights included receiving a distinction at the Gostyń Rock Competition, earning a spot at Krzywizna Fest, performing at Metalowe Zwierzaki, reaching the grand final of Bloodstock Metal 2 The Masses, organizing their own “Chaos Fest” in Warsaw featuring Distant Dream, Deadline and From Today, appearing at the Dark Side Festival in Gubin, and joining Sceptic and Deathyard on part of their tour.
The successful year concluded with concerts alongside Corruption, Twoyeystarej Of Death, and two performances with Jelonek. At the beginning of 2025, Miyasis joined Twoyastara Of Death on their almost completely sold-out Kurde Tour 2025. In April, the band released the long-awaited single “Heretic,” the first preview of their upcoming release. The premiere was covered by EskaROCK, Metal Hammer Polska, Rzeźnia Antyradia, Teraz Rock, and Heavy Metal Pages Magazine published an in-depth interview with the band.
In June 2025, Miyasis played its first international festival, Aggressive Music Fest in the Czech Republic. The following months brought further success, including winning both the Jury Award and Audience Award at the RockOkop Festival in Skępe, as well as second place, Best Vocalist, and a special prize for professional mixing and mastering at the Error Festival in Barczewo.
In August 2025, guitarist Tomasz Skupin replaced Kacper Jabłoński. During the second half of the year, the band continued touring and shared the stage with Vader, Illusion, Flapjack, Jelonek, Hunter, Suicidal Angels, and Obscura, performing before significantly larger audiences.
A Miyasis concert is more than just music—it is a high-energy live show featuring intense audience interaction, expressive stage presence, and carefully crafted visuals, creating memorable performances that capture attention.
In 2026, the band is focused on continuing its live activity while recording new material, further developing both its sound and stage performance.
